Cactus Rose Needle Arts Return/Exchange Policy

We pour our hearts into making sure you get the beautiful, high-quality supplies you need for your next creative masterpiece. Because we are dedicated to providing pristine, clean, and safe materials for every single maker, we maintain a strict return policy.

The Short & Sweet of It

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or we accidentally shipped the wrong product.  This includes all Yarn, Needle/Hooks, Kits, Handmade Items, Notions, and Yarn Packages. 

Yarn and fibers love to absorb the environment around them. To guarantee that every skein and accessory that leaves our shop is completely fresh and safe for everyone, we have to protect our inventory from outside elements.

By keeping our return policy strict, we ensure that no product has been exposed to potential allergens (like unexpected pet dander) or other health hazards. When you buy from us, you can always rest easy knowing your yarn is safe, clean, and ready for your hands!

If Something Goes Wrong (Defects & Mistakes)

We are human, and we want to make sure you get exactly what you ordered in perfect condition! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, we are on it.

  • Timeline: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.
